  JUDICIARY HEARINGS

Under River City Squash the system of judiciary hearings for bad conduct will be re-established. The hearings will comprise of a 3 player panel who will review the evidence provided and will issue suitable penalties to any player to be found to be acting in an inappropriate manner or bringing the game into disrupt. Any player, umpire or spectator who feels that they were treated in a manner not fitting the game of squash or were abused by the other party may make a written report on the incident to River City Squash.  This will be reviewed by the Penants Chairperson who will decide whether or not the case warrants a judiciary hearing.

All instances where a conduct match is awarded will be referred to the Penants chairperson for further review and to make a decision regarding the requirement of a judiciary hearing. We are in the process of setting up the player panels and would like to ask any players who would be interested to email info@rivercitysquash.com.au.

Our aim is to have at least one player representative from every centre available to be called up but you would not be required to sit on every panel.  If there is someone from your centre involved in the hearing in any capacity we would not ask you to be involved.  You may also ask to be kept out of a hearing if you know anyone involved as well.

If you have any queries please contact the Administrator.
